These terms cover this website, kilili.io. The Kilili product itself is used under the pilot agreement each customer signs; nothing here changes that agreement.

Who we are

Kilili is run by its two founders in the Netherlands while the company is being incorporated. You can reach us at contact@kilili.io.

What this site is

The site describes Kilili and lets you book a call with us. It is information, not an offer or advice. It may contain mistakes, and it may change without notice.

Using the site

You may read the site and link to it. You may not scrape it, probe it for vulnerabilities, present yourself as us, or use its content to pass off another product as Kilili.

Content and name

The text, the design and the Kilili name belong to Kilili. Quote us with attribution; do not reuse the design.

Other services

"Book a call" and "Sign in" take you to HubSpot and to the Kilili app. Each has its own terms and privacy notice.

Liability

We keep the site accurate and available as far as we reasonably can, but we give no guarantee that it is complete, correct or always online, and we are not liable for loss from relying on it, except where the law does not allow us to exclude liability.

Law

Dutch law applies to these terms, and disputes go to the courts of the Netherlands.
