Updated 2026-10-10

Kilili is run by its two founders in the Netherlands, Nur Alda-Onggar and Yerkebulan Serikov, while the company is being incorporated. Until then they are responsible for the personal data this statement describes. Questions and requests go to contact@kilili.io.

What this site collects

This site sets no cookies and has no forms. Personal data reaches us in four ways.

Why we are allowed to

Who else sees it

Two processors act on our instructions: Vercel (hosting and analytics, United States) and HubSpot (meetings and contacts, United States). Transfers to the United States rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, where it does not apply, on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We sell no data and share none for advertising.

How long we keep it

Server logs: Vercel's standard retention, measured in days. Booking details and email: for up to twelve months after our last contact. If we enter into a pilot agreement, that agreement governs instead.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, and receive it in a portable format. Write to contact@kilili.io; we answer within one month. You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

No profiling on this site

Nothing on this site profiles you or makes automated decisions about you.

If a company contacted you through Kilili

Kilili is a recruiting platform that companies use to find and contact candidates. If a company emailed you about a role, that email links to a notice explaining where your details came from, how the company and Kilili use them, and how to object. That notice, not this statement, covers that data.

Changes

We update this statement when the site changes. The date at the top says when it was last changed.
